Earn $13 - $25 per hour working onsite at Scrambul events.  Once you submit an employment application, our team will reach out before each event to confirm your available shift times.

Work with Scrambul staff in Setting up event infrastructure.  Setup and breakdown staff help to transform a raw space into a viable event venue.  

Duties can include designating event zones, loading and unloading equipment, erecting tents and setting up tables, creating traffic lanes, track prep, litter removal & more.

Hours will include early mornings and there will be shifts available throughout the days. Anyone working over lunch will be provided a meal.

Our general event staff work in various rolls to help the event run smoothly and efficiently.  

General staff are responsible for collecting tickets, participant registration, directing traffic, supervising parking, distributing giveaways, trash removal, & more. 

Hours will include early mornings. Full-day shifts only.  All volunteers will receive breakfast and lunch.

Race Logistics staff are given several assignments.  Race staff are responsible for ensuring the races run smoothly and safely.  

Duties can include setup and teardown of race operations equipment and structures, staging lane management, traffic control, safety and other various tasks specifically centered around the event’s race operations.

These work hours will include early mornings. Full-day shifts only.  All staff breakfast and lunch.

Tech staff are mostly involved with backend event operations.  

Duties can include vehicle inspections, timing system installations, computer networking, audio/video interaction, communication management, pre-grid/grid operations and other various tasks specifically centered around the event’s technical operations.

Technical experience and/or a basic understanding of computer programs and operating systems, automotive mechanics, and system integration.

Hours will include early mornings. Full-day shifts only.  All tech staff will get breakfast and lunch.
